WHY ME?

What makes me a unique Realtor®? Here’s one, I’m also a respected and trusted Certified Home Inspector. Who better to view houses with than a jack-of-all-trades know-it-all?!  There is one caveat: in order to avoid any perceived conflict of interest I can only wear ‘one hat’ per client. That means I can’t perform a home inspection for you, but I can still offer you my vast expertise, verbally.

Time to sell? I have information that you probably don’t want to hear. As a home inspector I know what issues will (or should) come up during the inevitable home inspection. Being proactive with these issues is a huge step towards a quicker and hassle-free sale. If you lend me your ear I can share these issues with you before they get a chance to be documented on a report and potentially cause a conditional sale of your home to fall apart. Together, we can make sure anything significant is taken care of before the first showing. I know from experience that most homeowners do not like hearing what is ‘wrong’ with their house. However, taking a proactive approach with me by your side will help maximize your sold price.
